Project Overview
Hurley’s Earthworx was selected to complete the full sitework package for Twenty Fore Golf, an indoor golf facility in Southern Pines, NC. This project required land clearing, erosion control, excavation, fine grading, and utility installations to create a stable and well-prepared foundation for the new facility.
With precise excavation and grading, extensive underground stormwater management, and critical water and sewer installations, we ensured the site was fully prepped to support the facility’s long-term success.
Scope of Work
✅ Erosion Control & Tree Protection – Installed 500 feet of erosion control measures to prevent runoff and protect surrounding vegetation.
✅ Land Clearing & Grubbing – Cleared and grubbed 1.5 acres of land to make way for site development while ensuring proper environmental management.
✅ Mass Excavation & Grading – Completed a 7-foot mass cut of 2,166 cubic yards, ensuring the land was properly reshaped and leveled for construction.
✅ Fine Grading – Precisely graded the building pad, curb, and gutter, creating a solid foundation for smooth construction.
✅ Stormwater Management – Installed a 580-linear-foot, 48-inch CMP underground detention system to handle stormwater efficiently and prevent site flooding.
✅ Water Utility Installation – Tapped into an 8-inch water main and installed new water lines to serve the facility.
✅ Sewer System Installation – Installed 160 feet of 4-inch gravity sewer to connect the site to the municipal sewer main.
